How does Kls manage the security of my data?

In this article we explain the measures we have put in place to protect the confidentiality of our users' data on the Kls Desk.

Kls Desk enables documents to be exchanged between authorized persons within different financial institutions, as well as with their customers.

As part of their activities, our users need to add and remove access to certain data throughout the lifecycle of their projects.

That's why, as a software publisher, we have to provide the highest level of security for our customers and their ecosystem, which materializes through two axes:

1. Data localization: as a European player, your data never leaves Europe. We store our platform data exclusively in France and Ireland. Our hosting provider is ISO 27001 certified, enabling us to rely on a solid, verified foundation.
2. Data encryption: to limit risk, we use AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption with 256-bit keys. This is the highest level of encryption recommended by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and ANSSI (Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d'information).
