How to use portfolio management?

Benefit from greater visibility of your employees' portfolios, thanks to the possibility of adding referent contacts to the operations being monitored in the Kls Desk.

In response to the increasing number of operations tracked per employee, you can now identify one or more referent contacts for each tracked operation.

This feature enables you to filter the views of your management dashboards by collaborator.

Each employee can :

  • Filter on their own portfolio to focus on their day-to-day actions.
  • Manage a colleague's portfolio in his/her absence by filtering on another portfolio.

Team leaders will have better visibility of the stock of each member of their team, and it will be easy to share out a colleague's workload in the event of absence, thanks to this portfolio filter by collaborator.

How do I use it?

In your operations, on the “Administrative form and access management” page, in the contact(s) section, you can now tick “referent contact” for the employee(s) in charge.

Once the referent has been informed of all the operations in his/her portfolio, he/she can then use the filters in the “operations follow-up” and in the “Overview of controls” dashboards to personalize his views:

Please note: it is possible to have several referrers per operations.
