Tooltip and support

When you're browsing the Kls Desk, you'll find a help bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

It allows you to do three things:

  • Find quick links to guided tours or articles from our knowledge base
  • Search via our chatbot for answers to your questions
  • Contact our support team, if none of the first two points has been successful.

In this way, all the interactions you make in search of a solution take place on a single interface, which will even allow you to find traces of your previous exchanges.

In-app guides and support

Directly in the Kls Desk applications, you will find guides and tutorials to help you use the full potential of the applications available to you. These tools will help you train or keep your skills up to date.

You'll find :

  • Guided tours to help you navigate or use a feature
  • Hints’, in the form of numbered dots or (i), which you can interact with to obtain additional information
  • Announcement banners to let you know what's new on the site

Some of these banners will be permanent, others will appear temporarily, and some will be linked to specific events, but you'll always be able to access them directly from your Kls interface!

If you would like a guide or specific support, don't hesitate to raise the matter with your dedicated CSM, who will be happy to discuss with you how to set up specific pathways to personalise the day-to-day lives of your users and/or your partners & customers.

As well as access to support and accompanying guides, you can access a collection of tutorials and explanatory articles centralised in one place:

You will find FAQ articles for the most frequently asked questions, as well as compilations of articles by application, from training to mastery.
