I can't log in / “ Incorrect login ” message
This message indicates that the credentials entered do not correspond to a user account.
There are three possibilities to check:
1. Have I initialized my account correctly?
When you are given access to the platform, you will receive an email to create your account, containing an initialization link. This link allows you to create your profile, including your password.
Please ensure that you have created your account before attempting to connect to the Desk.
If you're not sure whether you've created it, you can request to receive it again via this link.
Please check your spam and junk mail folders.
If you do not receive an email from us after a request for an initialization link, your account has already been initialized.
2. Did I typed the right email address?
An account is linked to an e-mail address, entered by the Operation Manager or one of your colleagues who is already a member of the operation.
It may happen that your Kls account is linked to one of your old emails.
When you log in on Kls Desk, make sure you use the email address you were invited on!
To find out, look at the email recipient of your Kls notifications.
If you need to replace the email address attached to your Kls account, go to this page for access management.
3. Is my password correct?
If you receive the message “Incorrect login”, your password may not be the correct one.
We therefore recommend that you take the necessary steps to reset your password, available via this link.
You will then receive an email with a link to recreate a new password.
Your password must contain at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number, one special character and at least 12 characters.
Do not divulge your password. Ideally, use a password manager to make future logins easier.
When I try to access a Kls webpage, I get a blank page or an error page.
If when you type the Kls URL into your browser or click on a link in one of our notifications, you get a blank page or an error page, it's possible that your IT security is blocking the access.
In rare cases, often linked to updating your computer security software, you may find yourself blocked..
In this case, we won't be able to help you alone.
We recommend that you contact your IT security department to unblock the Kls application, which is frequently linked to blocked URLs.
You can ask them to unblock the following URLs:
- app.kls-platform.com -> which is the URL you use to access KLS
- api.kls-platform.com -> which is the transparent domain name for API management
- go.kls-platform.com -> which is the domain name for redirect links (present in email buttons to redirect you to the right page)
