What notifications are sent to users by the Debt Eligibility application?

This guide describes the notifications sent when using Debt Eligibility.

Introduction 

In order to keep information flowing smoothly, our Debt Eligibility application sends notifications to users to indicate a change in status or an action to be taken.

Notifications can be summary or in reaction to an action or key date.

They are sent by e-mail to the address registered in the user's profile.

Below, we have divided the existing notifications by user type: Program Manager and Distributor.
