What notifications do Distributors receive on Debt Eligibility?

Discover in this article the list of notifications for Distributors on our Debt Eligibility application.

Notification to distributors

Distributors can receive three notifications during their use of Debt Eligibility:

  • Notification 1 month before the due date of a reservation:

When a reservation request is made, a due date is calculated (based on the reservation duration set by the manager). Once the due date has been reached, the distributor's reservation will be cancelled.

To warn the distributor, a notification will be sent for each reservation made:

    • 30 days before the due date
    • 2 days before the due date

If the due date is extended, a new notification will be sent to the distributor 30 days before the new due date.

  • Summary notification of reservations approaching due date:

This notification is recapitulative and received once a week to alert the distributor to all reservations arriving close to the due date.

It takes the form of a list, giving the distributor a better overview of the reservations requiring his attention.

  • Notification of Program manager action on a reservation:

For each reservation, the Program manager can accept it, send it back as a draft, put it on hold or reject it.

As soon as the manager acts on the status of a reservation, a notification is sent to the distributor who created it.

This notification simply indicates that an action has been taken, without providing any details. It is up to the distributor to follow the link and connect to their Kls Desk for further details.
